Mr. Hallren is a Managing Director in the Entertainment Industries Group of JPMorgan Securities Inc.

Mr. Hallren has been with JPMorgan’s Entertainment Industries Group since November 1986. During his tenure, he has worked with various groups at JPMorgan to provide a variety of financial services to corporate entertainment clients, including Loan Syndications, Public and Private High Yield Debt, Private Equity Placement, Public Equity, Direct Equity Investment, Asset Backed Securitization, Acquisition Financing, Derivatives, Foreign Exchange and other risk hedging products.

Mr. Hallren holds degrees in Finance, Accounting and Economics from Oklahoma State University. He also holds Series 7, 63 and 24 NASD licenses.
