Rich is President of Union Entertainment, a talent management and production company specializing in videogames.

Rich began his entertainment career as an attorney for Paramount Pictures’ Domestic Television department, then became Rysher Entertainment’s Vice President of International Business & Legal Affairs. He decided to apply his entertainment deal-making experience to the emerging videogame business in 1999 as a leader in game talent management.  Since then, Rich has been integral to an ever-lengthening list of high profile game deals as manager and as producer.  He has recently expanded Union to include feature film production, having set up several such projects in just the last year with more on the way.
