Developing and Producing “A Quiet Place”

Sponsored by AARP

In 2001, Andrew Form and Brad Fuller founded Platinum Dunes, along with partner Michael Bay. To date their films have grossed over $2.3 billion worldwide.

Together, the trio produced the surprise box office sensation, A Quiet Place, which had the biggest opening weekend ever for an original horror story; a domestic gross of $50 million.

On a production budget of $17 million, the film has gone on to a worldwide gross of over $338 million.

On the heels of the success of A Quiet Place, Form and Fuller recently announced their production company, Fully Formed Entertainment, which will house them at Paramount Studios with a three-year exclusive first-look deal. The new deal goes into effect in August 2019.

Join them for a deeper dive into the development, financing and selling of A Quiet Place.

Facilitated by producer Nina Yang Bongiovi.

There is a program fee of $25 for PGA members interested in attending “Developing and Producing A Quiet Place“.
