Christie Mattull has over 25 years of experience specializing in risk management and insurance consultation for film, television and media companies. Her focus is on utilizing her experience to bring fresh ideas and the best insurance program possible. She is dedicated to being there when her clients need her most; even if that is Friday night or Sunday morning.
In 2011, Christie was recognized as one of the “Valley’s Most Trusted Business Advisors” by the San Fernando Valley Business Journal. In 2012, she was named the prestigious Power Broker in the Entertainment/Media segment by Risk & Insurance magazine. Christie was also honored as Responsibility Leader, a designation awarded to only 10 of a total 126 Power Broker designees in 2012.
As an expert in her field, Christie has been quoted in entertainment publications such as The Hollywood Reporter, Deadline and Variety, as well as the New York Times and Insurance Journal and has been a featured speaker at the Cannes Film Festival and the Producers Guild of America “Produced By” conference.
Christie’s clients include Skydance Productions, Good Universe, Mandalay Pictures, Revolution Studios and Chernin Entertainment. She has insured films such as “xXx: The Return of Xander Cage,” “Neighbors 2: Sorority Rises,” “Terminator Genisys,” and television shows such as “The Apprentice” and the Netflix series “Grace and Frankie.” As Managing Director for HUB Entertainment Industry Solutions, Christie is focused on client collaboration with the goal to assess, manage, mitigate and insure against risks.
Christie previously held Managing Director positions at both Momentous Insurance Brokerage and the DeWitt Stern Group.
