Dana K is the founder of Fourth Agreement, a versatile film & TV production company whose mission is to create unique films that inspire and entertain.
She has produced diverse projects from HBO’s pilot episode BOARDWALK EMPIRE to their acclaimed series THE WIRE and was the co-producer of NBC’s SMASH.
Dana was one of the producers with Doug Liman and Julina Tatlock, of the first major scripted series designed specifically for 360-degree virtual reality, INVISIBLE. She recently completed, THE NEW YORKER PRESENTS an episodic show for Amazon Studios visualizing the iconic magazine’s unique stories.
In addition to producing PAYING NATASHA, directed by Marlee Roberts (Little Miss Perfect), Dana is developing ANGELS based on the non fiction book We Band of Angels which is the hidden history of World War II – the little known story of women in combat and the nurses on the front lines.
She is the producer of the award-winning documentary THREAD, which focuses on female entrepreneurs in Afghanistan and TOLERANCE in DIVERSITY – a doc following inner city teens from South Central Los Angeles and South London who create a peer-to-peer workshop on open-mindedness and acceptance.
Dana serves on the Producers Council and the Board of Representatives of the Producers Guild of America. A guest lecturer at NYU and Columbia University, she is also on the advisory board of the NYC High School The Academy for Careers in Film and Television and is a member NY Women in Film and Television and the Directors Guild of America.
