For over 30 years, Mark Lindsay has been an executive in the entertainment industry specializing in distribution, production and financing of motion pictures. He has held senior executive positions at both major and independent film studios such as Lorimar (Warner Bros.), Spelling (Paramount), Miramax (Disney) and Sidney Kimmel Entertainment. He has also been an Executive Producer and had a hand in raising over a half billion dollars in film financing and licensed over one hundred-fifty titles in his distinguished career. Lindsay handed the sales and international distribution on Academy Award winning films Chicago, Finding Neverland, The Hours and The Cider House Rules as well as critically acclaimed films such as Kill Bill, Sin City, The Usual Suspects, Synecdoche: New York, and Chocolat. Mark is considered an expert in the field of film licensing and distribution worldwide.
In 2015, Lindsay founded and is CEO of Feature Film Consultants (FFC). Through his extensive network of financiers, producers and distributors, he assists producers and financiers on film, television and digital media financing, marketing and sales strategies worldwide.
Lindsay lectures regularly at a number of Universities across the US including Columbia, Penn State, Michigan and Syracuse. He has served as a jury member at the Jackson Hole Film Festival, Tremblant Film Festival and Greenwich Film Festival.
Mark served as Vice Chairman, non-California member and on the Executive Committee for the Board of Directors of the Independent Film and Television Alliance (IFTA), a nonprofit industry watchdog association.
